This is known for its Siopao, but it also sells several other goodies too. Tried the Siopao for 35p. It is not bad, but it was way too salty for me. The bun could have been crispier too.

Better drop by this place after you visit Salazar bakery. Place has a queue always but the owner was fast so it won’t really take quite a significant amount of time. Their fried siopao only costs Php 35 and I haven’t honestly tried it since I gave away what I bought here.

This place was really busy when we came up to pick up a couple Siopao, which are advertised as Fried. But the bottom is toasted with the top still being soft, and seen pulled out on sheet trays. It’s definitely baked, and it was a good tasty snack for breakfast. If you are in the area, looking for something quick, and easy to eat to cure your hunger, this is the place to get it. Also might have been busy at the time, but they are very blunt when ordering.

Iconic shop along Ongpin! I was there at around 11 and queued for around 20 minutes, the line moves pretty fast. The siopao is delish!! Super tasty and really good while they’re still warm.

This place serves fried siopao on the fly with no frills. Kind of underwhelmed by the taste of their siopao, might be because i was expecting so much because of the long line here. One thing to note is they serve their siopaos fresh of the kitchen. The line goes very fast because the staff in front was very quick. The siopao bread/dough was very soft, and i mean very soft. The filling, i think was pork. It was juicy but kind of bland for me. Overall, this is a very good place to get your fried siopao. Will come back.

The siopaos are made fresh daily and I would suggest going there early to skip long lines. It’s really affordable as well at around 35 pesos each. They are really good and I would definitely recommend including this in your Binondo food trip. The place doesn’t have a dining in option.

Best to arrive here right when it opens at 7am before the long line starts! The filling was moist and yummy, would encourage you to try this at least once 👍

"Often imitated, never duplicated" - the home of fried siopao in Manila's Chinatown. Delicious, fluffy buns filled with a moreish pork filling are fried to create boiling hot little parcels with a crispy bottom. The line will be snaking round the corner, but it moves quickly and is worth waiting in. They also sell a range of Chinese baked goods if you find yourself in need of some impulse purchasing once you get to the front.
